We are getting ready to add back in-person classes!

I am very excited to announce that we will be re-opening the studio to in-person sessions beginning the week of May 16th.

In addition to our ZOOM VIRTUAL CLASSES, we will be welcoming you back to the studio on a limited basis.

With the exception our the Monday & Friday Rise & Shine classes, you will be able to book a practice for the day/time you wish. There will be seven (7) spaces available for each class. Here is how it will work:

  • You will have to book your class(es) each week as the time slots will be cleared after each session.
  • You must be fully vaccinated and post-vaccine by at least two weeks
  • We request you wear a mask to and from class. You will be able to remove it once you are in the studio

All classes are will remain on a donation basis. Donations may be made via PayPal or Venmo to dblees@gmail.com There is no specific amount for those who wish to donate.

If you would like to join any of our VIRTUAL classes, please send me an email and I will add you to the daily Zoom class link list. If you wish to be removed from the list, just let me know.

The current weekly schedule is as follows: (all times are Eastern Standard) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SUNDAY EVENING CLASS IS NOW 60 MINUTES INSTEAD OF 75 MINUTES)

Monday and Friday morning Rise & Shine class 6:45am – 7:20am – ZOOM ONLY
Tuesday and Wednesday evening classes 6:00-7:15pm IN-PERSON & ZOOM
Thursday morning class 9:00-10:15am IN-PERSON & ZOOM
Saturday morning class 9:30-10:45am IN-PERSON & ZOOM
Sunday evening class 5:30-6:30pm IN-PERSON & ZOOM
